Once all download rights are fully consumed, the customermust purchase a new license for the desired eBook to be able to download it again.
The perpetual rights are co-terminus with the supporting tools and applications by the publisher. In case of change of applications or access tool, the customer may opt to acquire a new license to make it compatible to the saidapplication.
Customer is expected to make due care in confirming accuracy of digital products purchased and such is confirmed to be completeandaccurateuponcustomer’scheckoutandpayment.
Returns or exchanges can be made only prior to check-out or prior to receipt of payment verification. Refer to section 4.6 of return/exchangepolicy.
Any product defect should be made known by the customer to the CUSTOMER INTERACTION CENTER (CIC) within 2 days from receipt of download link to facilitate immediate investigation and implementation of corrective measure.

E-Book Instructions

1. Download the Adobe Digital Editions (ADE) Reader in the App Store or Play Store

2. Open ADE Reader and go to the Library Menu. To access the Library Menu:

For Android: Touch the device Menu button
For iOS: Short tap the screen

3. Touch the Account button and activate your device by entering your Rex e-Store username and password under the Rex Book Store account type.

4. To download the purchased ebook, click the 'Download Link' sent by www.rexestore.com OR log into your REX e-Store account and click the download link icon from your 'Order History' page.

5. Open the e-book file and choose ADE Reader

If you're a school administrator, teacher, or a librarian purchasing for your school, please contact the Educational Materials Advisor assigned to your school or fill up our inquiry form.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICIES

1. Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday. Orders received by 2:00 pm (Philippine time) are processed on the same day while orders received after 2:00 pm are processed on the next WORKING day.

2. Sold products are packed and available for courier pickup and consolidation within twenty-four (24) hours after the order has been processed and approved.

3. If an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available.

4. The customer has the option to have the order canceled and the customer will not be charged for the order.

5. To track the status of an order, log in to Rex e-Store account then go to 'My Account' >> 'History and details of my orders'.

COURIER TRANSIT TIME

Metro Manila : 3-5 days,
Provincial : 4-6 days

SHIPPING

1. Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day the order was confirmed to the customer. Orders for delivery within Metro Manila will be delivered within 3 to 5 days from the process date of the order. While for the orders to be delivered to a provincial destination will take 5 to 10 days from the process date to be delivered.
2. Rex Book Store does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of order goods by the authorized couriers. However, Rex Book Store shall properly coordinate with its authorized courier who is responsible for the shipment, to properly compensate the customer.

RETURNS

1. If you would like to return a book purchased in Rex e-Store due to product defect, Rex Book Store shall facilitate a replacement. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. Please advise us within seven (10) days from receipt of the item, of your intent to return an item, including the corresponding reason or actual product defect. You may send us the advice via email at orders@rexestore.com or . A notice of replacement shall be issued to the customer once request is approved.
