Returns

Please take note of our store policies for credit vouchers, returns, and exchanges:

All credit vouchers should be claimed within its validity period. We will not allow extensions and exceptions. Excess amount on voucher used to purchase item will no longer be returned to the customer.

We accept returns and exchanges for items with production defects such as missing pages, torn pages, printing errors, etc. However, no return request shall be accepted for the following items:

  • Those not within the list of acceptable returns (i.e. defects not caused by production)
  • Marked-down items
  • Items already personalized (e.g. engraving), except for those with product defects
  • Items without their original packaging or box
  • Tampered items not in their original condition

Please be reminded that we cannot return or exchange items without your receipt or proof of purchase. All returns must be done within 30 days from date of purchase or receipt of delivery, whichever comes later.

All returns and exchanges are subject to the branch’s inspection to verify if the defects are production defects and not due to mishandling in the courier warehouse or by the customer.
