Tourism Promotion Services is the product of years of experience in the tourism industry and years of teaching tourism marketing to Tourism Management students at the tertiary level.

With the implementation of the K to 12 curriculum, this book is our contribution to the growing body of knowledge and research in Tourism.

Covers an overview of the tourism industry and its operating sectors. These lessons will also discuss the different types of tourism and travel motivations that complete the tourist experience. Aside from that, the different sources of information and promotional tools that are essential in promoting tourism products and service will be discussed.

Offers information about the top Philippine Destinations featuring the top 20 provinces in the Philippines spread out in fi ve lessons. The last lesson offers thestudents knowledge on how to know and access customer's needs and wants.

Presents information on the different operating sectors of the tourism

Seeks to equip the students with practical know-how on selling, communication and establishing rapport with customers, effective customer service, and building relationships with customers.

With simple and practical tips on different issues concerning tourism promotion services, the students will be given a foretaste of the actual scenarios they will face in the future.

DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICIES

1. Orders are processed daily from Monday to Saturday. Orders received by 2:00 pm (Philippine time) are processed on the same day while orders received after 2:00 pm are processed on the next WORKING day.

2. Sold products are packed and available for courier pickup and consolidation within twenty-four (24) hours after the order has been processed and approved.

3. If an order will not be available within 24 hours or is out-of-stock, the customer will be notified via email and will be advised if and when the item will become available.

4. The customer has the option to  have the order canceled and the customer will not be charged for the order.

5. To track the status of an order, log in to Rex e-Store account then go to 'My Account' >> 'History and details of my orders'.

COURIER TRANSIT TIME

Metro Manila : 3-5 days,
Provincial : 4-6 days

SHIPPING

1. Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day the order was confirmed to the customer. Orders for delivery within Metro Manila will be delivered within 3 to 5 days from the process date of the order. While for the orders to be delivered to a provincial destination will take 5 to 10 days from the process date to be delivered.
2. Rex Book Store does not assume responsibility for and shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, incidental, special or consequential, arising from the handling and delivery of order goods by the authorized couriers. However, Rex Book Store shall properly coordinate with its authorized courier who is responsible for the shipment, to properly compensate the customer.

RETURNS

1. If you would like to return a book purchased in Rex e-Store due to product defect, Rex Book Store shall facilitate a replacement. However, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. Please advise us within seven (10) days from receipt of the item, of your intent to return an item, including the corresponding reason or actual product defect. You may send us the advice via email at orders@rexestore.com or . A notice of replacement shall be issued to the customer once request is approved.

ORDER CANCELLATION

1. You can cancel your order provided that the order has not undergone our shipping process.
